A collaboration between restaurateur Shepard Ross and hotelier Dan Zimmerman, this Houston venture touts a tightly focused seasonal menu that's all-American, including the wines and cocktails. Chef Adam Dorris changes the menu almost daily, but you can expect bread from Common Bond bakery, local-vegetable selections, heritage meats and Gulf Coast seafood.
