Named for its perch on the 16th floor of M Resort Spa Casino, 16 – A Handcrafted Experience offers views of the Las Vegas skyline via floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor patio. A menu of shared plates includes Wagyu grilled tableside on a hot lava stone, Australian lamb chops, pan-seared Hokkaido diver scallops and tonkatsu ramen soup. Look for signature, classic and mid-century modern cocktails, such as the "16," which combines 16 different flavors. In addition, guests have the opportunity to sample a variety of fine wines and liquors using the M Resort's Wine ATM, a pre-paid card that allows for one-, three- or five-ounce pours from a rotating selection of 40 options.
