The Aviary Restaurant Review:

Grant Achatz’s upscale cocktail lounge is adjacent to his Next Restaurant. While adventurous bites are served --- crackers magically evolve into lobster dinner on the palate; Wagyu beef is dressed up with paprika, pumpkin seed and yogurt --- it’s the drinks that steal the show. Drinkware is custom-designed, but whimsical presentational gimmicks (dry ice, injections and percolated ingredients) and nuances on familiar flavors (the Popcorn cocktail features butter and crème fraîche) take these cocktails over the top. The beer menu is worth a look-see, too, as it holds a good selection of rare bottled finds.
