Anteprima Restaurant Review:

This charming Italian trattoria has become a mainstay on Andersonville’s main drag, serving up a rotating menu of homemade pastas and other rustic fare. Salads are the first place to sample the restaurant’s bounty of seasonal ingredients, from a textural mélange of farro, grilled peaches, spinach and goat cheese in the peak of the summer to roasted squash and root vegetables in the fall. Pastas have also run the gamut, from paccheri with spicy calamari, spinach and ceci beans, topped with crispy bread crumbs, to golden beet and ricotta ravioli. Look for specials such as roast suckling pig with pancetta, braised kale and grilled scallions, paired with a well-thought-out but affordable wine selection. For dessert? Hello, lemon panna cotta. Service is super friendly.
