Beaver Street Brewery & Whistle Stop Cafe Restaurant Review:
In business since 1994, the Beaver Street Brewery & Whistle Stop Café remains Flagstaff's premier brewpub restaurant. The family-oriented menu features pizzas from a wood-fired, copper-clad oven on view in the exhibition kitchen, plus casual, beer-friendly fare like fondues, hummus with pita, a brewer's platter of bratwursts, and quesadillas filled with grilled salmon. Inventive salads with house-made dressings are a meal unto themselves, and we recommend the Beaver Street burger---infused with garlic, basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Treat yourself to dessert with a hearty apple-ginger stout cake, which blends gingerbread and fresh fruit with the joint's own R&R Oatmeal Stout. At any given time, you can choose from four or five different house microbrews, and a billiards room adds just one more reason to stop by.
