Blind Faith --- with its rarely disappointing meals and awesome attitude --- is a vegetarian's Eden. The adjacent bakery, casual dining room and self-serve section mean there's really something for everybody. Dishes are prepared with fresh, organic ingredients, and the majority is appealing, whether you’re a meat-eater or not. Spicy Thai peanut noodles with crispy tofu? Sure. Huevos rancheros for breakfast as well as poblano crêpes and shiitake pot stickers? Check. A selection of smoothies and shakes only further seals the deal.
