Bridges Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review:
About the restaurant: Locally, Bridges is probably most famous for its appearance in the movie “Mrs. Doubtfire,” though it really deserves recognition for its cuisine, some of it with a pronounced Asian influence.
Food: Prime examples include bacon-and-forbidden-rice-stuffed peppers, furikake seared albacore, Korean chili-glazed chicken breast, kimchi-dressed Brussels sprouts, and Japanese-style sweet potato gnocchi. For dessert, you can't get much more American than the "PB&J": peanut butter mousse with Concord grape "jelly" sorbet.
