Chefs Club Restaurant Review:
Chefs Club at The St. Regis Aspen Resort inhabits a beautifully appointed space dominated by an open kitchen and an air of winter-wonderland chic. The menu has featured dishes from the likes of Cara Stadler (Tao Yuan, Brunswick, ME), Paul Qui (qui, Austin, TX) and Greg and Gabrielle Denton (Ox, Portland, OR). Of course, the sommelier can suggest pairings from the trophy-filled wine list, which also features a fine selection of indigenous varietals from around the world. Meanwhile, look for a roster of creative cocktails. Special events with appearances by visiting winemakers and notable chefs are common occurrences (hence the name). Yet amid all the glamorous hoopla, many guests feel perfectly welcome just grabbing drinks and appetizers with a view of the action. Chefs Club has locations in New York City and Taipei, too.
