Taking inspiration from the cuisines of southern Mexico and southern Utah, this restaurant’s Southwestern menu, overseen by chef Arturo Flores, is prepared in the refined style of French-American cooking. True to any Bill White restaurant, the atmosphere is lively yet rustic with wood beams on the ceiling and intimate booths. Enjoy vegetable enchiladas, London broil of elk served with a bacon-and-potato quesadilla, lamb osso buco or coconut-and-corn-encrusted halibut.
