Food & Drinks: Dinner might start with roasted sunchokes and parsnips with chimichurri, or perhaps lobster mac ‘n’ cheese. Entrées range from California white sea bass paired with purple sweet potato ravioli to citrus-brined free-range Jidori chicken.
