Du-par's Restaurant Restaurant Review:
The hot cakes, fresh-baked pies and an all-American menu are still here in the renovated restaurant and bakery that first opened at the Farmers Market in 1938. The landmark diner is a little more airy than before, and a communal table has been installed in lieu of the traditional counter. Breakfast and pies are still the main draw here, but dinner choices include retro favorites like meatloaf, Welsh rarebit and classic potpies.
