Hillstone Restaurant Review:

Formerly Houston’s, Hillstone has a similar menu of crowd-pleasing fare including dips and chips, burgers, sandwiches, salads, sushi rolls, fresh catch-of-the-day and steaks. Try the seared steak and noodle salad with mango and avocado in Thai dressing, a French dip sandwich with sliced prime rib on a roll served au jus, or the house-made veggie burger with sweet soy glaze and melted jack cheese. There’s also the Hawaiian rib-eye with pineapple-soy marinade, campfire barbecue pork ribs and Prime N.Y. strip steak all served with shoestring fries or a baked potato. Key lime pie ends a meal that is never challenging but never disappointing. The wine list has expanded and includes a selection by the glass.
