L'Atelier Carnem Restaurant Review:
In the heart of the Latin Quarter, this steakhouse boasts a swell décor with a floor covered with sand, stone walls, wooden tables and black leather chairs. The basement houses the wine cellar where patrons are allowed to fetch a bottle by themselves. Several rib steaks are suggested, and they are accompanied with french fries or purée. Cuts come from different parts of the globe, whether it’s the rib-eye from Argentina, the Rubia de Galicia from Spain, the marbled Wagyu from Australia or beef from Uruguay or New Zealand. The menu also features marrowbone, Iberian charcuterie and crêpes Suzette. Numerous French wines served by the glass.
