Lipp Restaurant Review:

Despite the cruel whims of fashion, this glossy brasserie is known for its affluent clientele of politicians and writers. Stunning Art Nouveau ceramic tiles cover this bi-level restaurant, and one often catches sight of a powerful politician or a beauty queen ensconced at a ground-floor table, admiring the gorgeous décor. It’s been known to serve some 400 to 500 customers a day. Standard specialties include choucroute and steak tartare.
