This oceanfront restaurant serves classic American cuisine with a special focus on seafood. Start with the oysters Rockefeller, roasted blue point oysters crusted with creamy spinach, Gruyère and breadcrumbs. Follow with something like the lobster-coated sea bass crowned with horseradish-infused lobster meat and topped with a Champagne cream sauce and accompanied by creamy risotto. Or, for a non-seafood entrée, try the short ribs Margolin, slow-cooked and finished with an apricot glaze paired with Parmesan mashed potatoes and onion rings. The wine list has a good selection of fairly priced options that lend themselves to sipping as you gaze at the breakers just yards away.
