The Nosh of Beverly Hills Restaurant Review:
You’ll find lower prices, larger portions and none of the wait you’d expect at Nate ‘n’ Al’s if you opt instead for The Nosh. For breakfast (served all day), order the corned beef hash and eggs, sweet challah french toast or the cheese blintzes with sour cream and strawberry jam. At lunch, it’s all about the matzoh ball soup and sandwiches, none better than "The Roxbury," layered with corned beef, pastrami and Swiss cheese. The cheese steak --- with sautéed mushrooms, Muenster and onions --- is a close second. Entrées from the grill include a roasted half-range chicken, a brisket plate and turkey meatloaf. The Nosh also has an impressive smoked fish selection, highlighted by hand-sliced nova, whitefish and barbecued cod. Even when delivered and for take-out, the food holds up.
