The Peak Lookout Restaurant Review:

Charming black and white photographs of old Hong Kong enhance the retro vibe inside this former tram station, built in 1888, atop Victoria Peak. The best way to arrive is by the equally quaint Peak Tram that climbs up and down. Head up from the Garden Road exit of the Admiralty MTR Station. Book or ask for a table on the terrace when weather permits, especially at night. And if mist rolls in, the South China Sea views over Lamma Channel may diminish, but the already pleasant atmosphere seems to improve in direct proportion with the glow of candlelight and charcoal braziers to ward off the chill. Standouts on the international menu are the king prawns, oysters, delicate Hainan chicken, tandoori dishes and grilled seafood, all of which arrive in generous portions. Those who prefer to snack can share the combo platter, piled high with fried calamari, crab cakes and cheesy quesadillas. Desserts are also sized for sharing. The wine list is global and lengthy, if not world-class. Prices are above what you will pay at lower elevations but consider the sunset part of the sticker price.
