Pizzeria Beddia Restaurant Review:
Pizzeria Beddia, part of Philadelphia's new wave of artisan pizza, has moved out of its tiny storefront into a larger space nearby. Tomato pizza, finished with whole-milk mozzarella and grated Old Gold Gouda, offers plenty of kick with the addition of pickled chilies. The rich white pie, meanwhile, nicely contrasts with its fresh cream base, balanced by swiss chard. The menu has also been expanded with salads and other plates. There is also a concise wine list and a few cocktails.
