Quattro Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review:
Quattro’s high-ceilinged, metal-framed, glass-walled architecture evokes a modernist beach house. Dinner guests choose between à la carte dishes or a four-course menu. House-smoked sturgeon delivers a touch of citrus immediately followed by a pleasant note of smoke, while the "tonno tonnato" provides a creative take on an Italian classic, with ultra-creamy quinoa replacing the tuna sauce and tuna replacing the veal. Pastas are house-made and al dente. Burrata and San Marzano tomatoes contribute to an innovative interpretation of the caprese in pasta form, and the porcini tajarin bursts with the flavors of oil, salt and hearty mushroom, atop as well as ingrained in the hand-cut pasta. Main courses favor sous-vide meat, both beef and duck, and interesting seafood preparations. For dessert, try the Candy Bar Trio. The wine list is extensive with both American and international offerings. Service is professional.
