About the restaurant: Redstone American Grill's rustically rich interior and aromatic smells of grilled meat within bespeak that woodsy ambience and hearty meat-and-potato world many Midwesterners adore.
Food: From cedar plank salmon to the signature rotisserie grilled chicken --- nearly everything is cooked over the open flame. One notable un-smoky item is the crumbly corn bread. The wood-fired margherita flatbread, Redstone's answer to pizza, is a crunchy and fresh non-meat alternative. Sweet endings include banana cream pie, chocolate cake, Key lime pie and a warm chocolate chip cookie sundae.
