Owner and executive chef Justin Aprahamian offers an adventurous menu and is committed to using only seasonal ingredients at Sanford. Located inside a former grocery store that was in founder Sanford D'Amato's family for 80 years, Sanford was transformed into a sophisticated but cozy dining room where culinary prowess comes in the form of char-grilled elk loin with tart cherry essence and grilled, marinated tuna with cumin wafers.
