Sarento's at The Top of The Ilikai offers a refined setting along with striking views and attentive service from its perch 30 floors above the city, ocean and shoreline. The menu presents interesting takes on Italian cuisine, such as osso buco potstickers with gremolata and orange saffron vinaigrette. Continue with one of the several pastas or main courses like fresh catch with squid ink gnocchi, braised chard, brown butter, sage and blistered shishito peppers. Veal scaloppini can still be ordered by special request. Desserts include classics like tiramisu and vanilla bean panna cotta. The extensive wine list is constantly evolving and highlights many regions aside from Italy.
