From Scott Sartiano comes Sartiano's, presenting modern Italian dining in the subterranean space at The Mercer that was previously The Mercer Kitchen. Culinary director Alfred Portale has devised a menu featuring dishes like caviar cannoli, wild mushroom and black truffle lasagna, and Prime steaks.
