Scoma's Sausalito Restaurant Review:
For decades, this family-owned and family-friendly restaurant has been wowing patrons with its fresh seafood and Italian cuisine. Built out over the bay in a building that was once a tugboat and ferry service, the space features three dining rooms, all with vintage charm and big windows to showcase the bay views. A large menu features a wide selection of mostly seafood, some local, some from overseas. Local petrale sole with lemon, butter, capers and garlic is a textbook example of this classic fish dish. House special: a huge bowl of cioppino swimming with as many fish and shellfish as you’d find in an aquarium. Try the cocktails and finish up with a better-than-average tiramisu.
