Seoul Cham Soot BBQ Restaurant Review:

As authentic Korean eateries begin popping up in the ’burbs, folks are discovering what a wonderful and relatively healthy cuisine it can be. This narrow storefront restaurant took the space from a sushi bar and installed black granite tables with recessed grills and overhead vents for table-grilling. Beef, pork and galbi (marinated short rib) are the most popular meats, but brisket, beef tongue, duck and shrimp are also offered, all accompanied by a formidable array of condiments including sautéed zucchini, bean sprouts, translucent Korean noodles and a spirited but not overpowering kimchi, plus sticky rice. Generously portioned lunch specials are particularly good values.
