Black Horse Tavern & Grill Restaurant Review:
Norco is known as “Horsetown USA,” and it’s one of the few places in SoCal to see a bona fide rodeo. Black Horse Tavern & Grill fits right in with the local flavor, and regulars --- more often than not wearing cowboy hats --- come here for decent steaks, Southern fried chicken bathed in gravy, country-fried steak, barbecued ribs or prime rib. There’s also some seafood, and the kitchen does a good job with a relatively extensive menu. Starters at this Western-themed eatery include chicken wings, stuffed jalapeño skins and shrimp cocktail, and the drinks are generously poured. Big cowboy breakfasts are offered on Sundays.
