The Blind Rabbit Restaurant Review:
About the restaurant: Step back in time to the speakeasy era with a visit to The Blind Rabbit. To get there, head to the lower level of the Anaheim Packing House and look for the check-in desk near the wall of sake barrels. Reservations are highly recommended as the space is petite. Inside, there are seats at the bar and at a few tables and small wooden booths. As your eyes adjust to the dim lighting, you can admire all the vintage bric-à-brac that helps set the scene, including a fireplace stacked with books.
Food & Drinks: The food menu is brief but filled with hits. Duck confit mac & cheese is a must order. The signature burger is a popular choice and comes with two smashed patties, white cheddar, fried egg, dijonnaise and shallot confit, plus pork belly if you’re feeling especially indulgent. Among the craft cocktails, you’ll find classics as well as creative originals such as Warm Bodies (Bourbon, mezcal, Amaro Nonino, rosemary cane, bitters). There are also selections of absinthe and whiskey to peruse.
