Food & Drinks: Every dish on the menu is a winner, so choose what you feel like eating that evening. But don’t keep reordering the guacamole and chips, because that might mean the rest of your meal will end up being taken home. Favor a plate of ceviche to start. Then it’s on to the tacos, served with rice and beans or slaw. They can be filled with vegetables, steak, fish, chicken, lobster and very tasty pork belly.
