Blue Ribbon's fried chicken developed such a following that brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg created a dedicated restaurant for their primo poultry. This fast-casual spot serves up salads, sandwiches, sides (hush puppies, cole slaw, etc.) and fried chicken by the piece as well as in combo/family-style meals. Beverage options include Boylan sodas, milkshakes, wines by the glass and local craft beers.
