THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Blue Water Grille Restaurant Review:
The menu at this neighborhood restaurant does not capitalize on the richness of the seafood bounty of the nearby Chesapeake, and indeed, there is not much that smacks of seafood among selections. Lunches focus on the usual bar food, with quesadillas, nachos and Caesar salads leading the way. Entrées tend towards pastas---there's even a pad thai noodles plate with loads of non-Thai veggies---and sandwiches include hamburgers and a crab cake sandwich. The Sushimi Tuna appetizer is good, though not memorable. Dinnertime dishes include lamb shanks with an onion-fig compote and an eight-ounce beef tenderloin with goat cheese and chive mashed potatoes.
