Chef Bobby Flay has a location of his fast-casual quick service brand, Bobby’s Burgers, at Paris Las Vegas. Situated in the Le Boulevard area, the menu features Flay’s signature burgers such as the Crunchburger topped with American cheese and potato chips; Bobby Blue + Bacon Burger topped with blue cheese sauce and bacon; Nacho Burger drizzled in hot queso and pickled jalapeños; and Bobby’s Veggie Burger with barbecue mushrooms, chickpeas, quinoa, lettuce and tomato. Side options include fries with a variety of toppings and dipping sauces and creamy milkshakes (including vanilla bean, dark chocolate, cookies + cream, strawberry and pistachio). Additionally, Bobby’s Burgers offers breakfast menu items, including cinnamon maple oatmeal with Greek yogurt, dried cranberries and toasted pecans; and breakfast burrito with soft scrambled eggs, bacon, American cheese, avocado, Bobby’s sauce and potato chips served inside a whole wheat tortilla.
