Bollywood Bistro Restaurant Review:

The younger and smaller cousin to the original and popular Bollywood Bistro in Fairfax, this Great Falls destination offers the same cooking formulated by its executive chef. True to authentic Indian flavors and textures, the dishes range from the spice-laden Chicken 65 with curry leaves and chilies to start to tandoori-cooked salmon, vegetables, chicken or lamb and entrées that are all-vegetable and also meat-based. Lamb vindaloo is appropriately fiery and the chicken tikka masala highlights the grilled meat and the rich tomatoey sauce. The chef creates assorted naans, including a rosemary and a date variation. Although Indian desserts may seem unfamiliar, the house-made nutty kulfi (ice cream) is rich and the bread pudding (shahi tukra) is worth every calorie.
