Boulevard Five72 Restaurant Review:
Chef-owner Scott Snyder’s modern American cuisine coaxes big, bold flavors from dishes spiked with multi-cultural seasonings and unexpected combinations and unique ingredients. We recommend his grilled baby octopus salad as well as the shrimp salad with artichokes, olives, capers and roasted red peppers. Snyder is especially adept in meat cookery: game, steaks, roasts and chops. Grilled dry-aged rib-eyes are prepared as ordered and arrive at table with an array of chanterelle and oyster mushrooms sharing the plate. Spanish chips, hot from the sizzling oil, are among the à la carte side dishes. Dinner in the wine room is a treat for any oenophile; service is professional and the wine list extensive.
