The Brass Rail Restaurant Review:
The Brass Rail’s stylish cuisine centers on quality and seasonality. The kitchen displays skill using spices and textures in dishes such as cilantro-crusted tuna served with coconut sticky rice, or garlic-rubbed skirt steak accompanied by sautéed spinach, wild mushrooms and crispy blue cheese shoestring potatoes. A well-chosen wine list offers a good array of fairly priced selections. End with the dessert sampler of three of the restaurant’s best.
