THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Brasserie des Artistes Restaurant Review:
You cannot miss Brasserie des Artistes as you are driving; a French flag is floating in the wind. So no doubt about the cuisine: French, very French. What could be more French than a brasserie? Add to this the ambience, and you will feel as though you have been transported to Paris for a few hours. Jean-Pierre Giron, born in Bordeaux, is an ever-creative chef, who is also a pastry chef and a chocolate expert. Check out the execution of his salade niçoise, chicken Dijon, veal sweetbread cassoulet or Provençal veal stew, but dont forget the cheese and the desserts (upside-down apple tart served warm with vanilla ice cream, Grand Marnier flambé crêpes). Another dont miss: the smile of Georges the owner who is always there to welcome you.
