Brauhaus Schmitz Restaurant Review:

German flavor prevails at Brauhaus Schmitz, a restaurant and beer hall with at least 30 brews on tap and another approximately 70 in bottles. Bavarian-style snacks to pair with beer include sauerkraut fritters and an array of wursts. Bavarian beers are a good accompaniment to the traditional and New German cuisine from chef Jeremy Nolen, who goes beyond the usual sausages and schnitzels with dishes such as roasted duck with Tyrolean dumpling and ginger jus. We also like the old-school pretzels and mustard.
