The former Salute Wine Bar in Santa Monica has re-opened as Brick + Mortar with a new design and gastropub menu. Dishes range from a cheeseburger with balsamic onions to salmon with curried lentils and kale to pizzas topped with short ribs, blue cheese and arugula. Weekend brunch features options like brioche french toast with maple butter and berries, plus bacon or chicken sausage.
