The Broiler Restaurant Review:

In a locals-friendly hotel/casino such as Boulder Station, The Broiler is as fancy a restaurant as you can find. Brick façades and dark woods create a warm ambience. With that in mind, it should come as no surprise that the service is generally very good. The massive salad bar keeps frequent diners coming back. We like the oysters Rockefeller and the onion soup gratinée with sweet onion and Swiss cheese. Prime rib and the seafood combination platter are favorites, as is the filet mignon and lobster tail combo. Sauces to complement the Prime steaks include hollandaise, béarnaise, peppercorn, creamy horseradish and garlic-cilantro. Tiramisu and crème brûlée are among popular sweet temptations.
