Burger Creations Restaurant Review:
This smart-looking burger spot near New York University doesn’t have the most inviting name in the world. But the white tables and lime green Scandinavian-esque chairs are welcoming enough. The menu offers sandwiches, hot dogs, and big salads, but most people gravitate here for the main item: the coal-fired burgers, which come with all the bells and whistles. Different varieties are topped with bacon, grilled onions, grilled pineapple, and feta cheese among other items. The best idea, though, is to eschew all the toppings, which detract from the flavor of the oversize patty. Onion rings and fries don’t grow limpid and tired, and accompany meals impressively.
