Located just outside the campus of Northern Arizona University, Buster's is a popular, casual restaurant that serves classic American fare. The lunch menu features savory soups, sandwiches and a large variety of salads, while the dinner menu adds an oyster bar and a selection of steaks, pork chops, seafood and other steakhouse favorites. Specialties of the house include Steak Diane, tournedos of filet mignon sautéed with fresh mushrooms, Dijon mustard and brandy; Veal Buster, featuring veal with crab meat and asparagus in a béarnaise sauce; and chicken Sonoma, chicken breast with artichoke hearts, tomatoes and mushrooms sautéed in Chardonnay.
