With its casual yet upscale atmosphere, fresh seafood, daily specials and notable wine list, the Cabin Club offers something for just about everyone. The menu is classic steakhouse and includes starters like artichoke au gratin, blackened scallops and beef carpaccio. Cabin Club’s dry-aged choice steaks range from a slow-braised beef short rib to a boneless cut served with buttermilk blue cheese roasted potatoes and tarragon green beans. A center-cut filet, strip and rib-eye are among signature steaks. Fish, chicken, pork and pasta dishes include the maple-glazed pork chops, a broiled French-cut chop topped with apple chutney and served with sweet potato fries and green beans. Desserts change frequently and are worth the calories. The wine list focuses on big-bodied reds as well as crisp whites.
