Cafe Chardonnay Restaurant Review:
Café Chardonnay exudes old-world charm with a wine bar for sampling any of the 500 labels on the list of wines from around the world. Sommelier Brian Chamis offers oenophiles a tasting every Wednesday evening. Executive chef Luis Ceballos creates dishes to complement the wines including wild mushroom strudel with Fontina fondue; macadamia-crusted yellowtail snapper with tropical fruit salsa; and tandoori-spiced boneless free-range chicken with vanilla curry yogurt. A grilled 16-ounce pork chop is mango-glazed and served over braised white beans with sweet onions and pancetta. End the meal with the chocolate truffle cake.
