Cafe Express Uptown Park Restaurant Review:

As at all the branches of this quick, fresh café, we like the burger, nicely seasoned and garnished with red onion and leafy lettuce; the salad bowl, a distinctly flavored trio of pesto shell pasta, tuna and chicken salads on crispy lettuce; and inventive pastas like fettuccine with a rustic tomato-sausage sauce. Breakfast items include croissant sandwiches with eggs and bacon, and a south-of-the-border platter of scrambled eggs, creamy queso with cilantro and tortilla strips, and a side of black beans topped with spicy habanero sauce, served with house salsa and flour tortillas. After a meal, we like to settle back with one of the good espressos.
