THIS RESTAURANT IS CHANGING LOCATIONS The food---a Mediterranean hodgepodge that includes tapas and couscous---is just okay at this dark Soho staple that made an appearance in the film Unfaithful (remember the steamy restaurant bathroom scene?). Nevertheless, Café Noir remains a hangout of cool, where thin lovelies dish over pitchers of sangrías.
