THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Callaways Morning Ray Restaurant Review:
This charming Park City café in an inviting space overlooking Main Street attracts locals and tourists looking for fresh, organic ingredients. The red and blond woods of the furniture and floors warm diners as does the local wall art, lively banter and acoustic music piped in over the din. The tables are amply spaced giving the dining experience a relaxing mountain attitude; a good thing if you choose to breakfast on the weekend. The small kitchen can get backed up when large parties dine, but free WiFi and a perpetually filled coffee mug make the wait bearable. The menu utilizes all-natural ingredients and even offers choices for vegans like the Santa Fe Stack of veggie patty, eggs (or egg whites or tofu), spinach and potatoes. The portions aren't massive but you won't leave hungry after a Mexican Morning Ray (potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, scallions, cheese, eggs, black beans, sour cream, guacamole and salsa) or a grilled keta salmon eggs Benedict. If it's afternoon, call before you go as the restaurant may close early on slow days; otherwise the lunch menu of sandwiches and pizzas is offered until 3 p.m.
