Capriotti's is big in the northeastern United States, and the chain chose central Florida to open its first eatery in the sunshine state. Their logo features a fancy turkey and turkey subs are their specialty, but any sandwich on the menu is delicious---just pick your favorite filling and then make a choice of bread and other toppings---mayo, lettuce, onions, hot peppers, pickles and more. We like the vegetarian sub, stacked with fresh veggies and soy turkey, or you could go overboard and order the gooey cheese steak. The biggest seller is The Bobby, an extravaganza of turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo.
