Caribou Coffee Company Restaurant Review:

Caribou is our source when caffeine-plus-sweets cravings kick in. The coffee is lighter than other local haunt Dunn Brothers, but we do like the Caramel High Rise or Mint Condition with one of its sweet scones or decadent, chocolate-y muffins. Caribou Coffee started out as a young couple's mountain-top dream, and even though the shops are becoming a ubiquitous part of any strip mall, the warm, knotty pine interiors are less generic than its closest rival. In summertime, don’t underestimate the cooling power of Caribou’s blended frozen drinks; we like the passion fruit-green tea smoothie and the addictive vanilla coffee cooler.
