Wander around this gracious, spacious buffet and indulge at areas specializing in pasta and pizza, Chinese cuisine including dim sum, Japanese fare including sushi, Mexican specialties like seafood enchiladas, seafood such as shrimp and crab legs, and carved-to-order barbecue ribs, prime rib and steaks. The colorful American station offers an array of tasty breads from the Rio bakery, a variety of salads and much more. There’s a Mongolian-style teppanyaki grill with chicken, shrimp, beef and vegetables flamed to order, and a bar with a plethora of libations. Waitstaff serves coffee, soft drinks and raspberry iced tea, pouring generous refills throughout your meal. Featuring a contemporary, upscale design with dramatic lighting, granite, marble and glass, the room’s shining centerpiece is the dessert station, with pies, cakes, pastries and more plus a house-made gelato station. In November 2015, this buffet merged with the Village Seafood Buffet, adding 300 seafood items to the dinner offerings.
