Carrabba's Italian Grill Restaurant Review:
The ambience at Carrabba’s is warm and festive and the accommodating waitstaff makes you feel as if you were a guest in their home. We never pass up the house salad with garlicky Parmesan dressing, a great starter to any dish on the extensive menu. Follow-ups could include the pappardelle Campagnolo, wide ribbon pasta with Italian sausage, sweet pepper, caprino cheese and pomodoro; or the linguine scampi Damian. Hearty steaks and chops please the meat-lovers, but adventurous diners will enjoy Carrabba’s specialties---including Chicken Bryan Texas, marinated, grilled and topped with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and basil butter. A sinfully rich dish is the Pollo Rosa Maria, a chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and Fontina and topped with a mushroom-basil butter sauce. Dip crispy almond biscotti in a creamy cappuccino for a satisfying final bite.
