Carson House features a menu of American fare with a twist from chef Johnny Messina (Conga Room). Dishes range from Philly cheesesteak potstickers to pizzas to a signature burger with Angus beef, horseradish cheddar, crispy onions and tomato relish on a pretzel bun. There are more than 20 beers on tap (plus more than 40 by the bottle) as well as cocktails whose names pay tribute to places in Beverly Hills.
